Our artisan organic bread is certified organic by Quality Assurance International, a USDA-accredited certifying agency following the organic standards of the National Organic Program set by the United States Department of Agriculture.
We are Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified by Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). SQF is the largest GFSI certifying agency in the US that requires a thorough and disciplined food safety system with routine surveillance audits performed yearly. The majority of our artisan organic breads have also been Non-GMO Certified by the Non-GMO Project.
Our products are made in a bakery that uses wheat, eggs, milk, soy, sesame, and tree nuts.
We are also pleased to offer a line of Certified Gluten-Free bread and pizza crust. Our Gluten-Free products are manufactured in a separate bakery that is wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut free, peanut free, coconut free, kosher certified. The only allergens used in that facility are egg and sesame. No other allergens of the top 9 are used.
