Our artisan organic bread is certified organic by Quality Assurance International, a USDA-accredited certifying agency following the organic standards of the National Organic Program set by the United States Department of Agriculture.
We are Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified by Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). SQF is the largest GFSI certifying agency in the US that requires a thorough and disciplined food safety system with routine surveillance audits performed yearly. Many of our artisan organic breads are certified kosher by Seattle Va’ad,see the list of Kosher products.
The majority of our artisan organic breads have also been Non-GMO Certified by the Non-GMO Project.
We are also pleased to offer a line of Certified Gluten-Free breads. Our Gluten-Free products are manufactured in a separate bakery that is wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut free, peanut free, coconut free, kosher certified. The only allergen used in that facility is Egg. No other allergens of the top 9 are used.
QAI Certified Organic means that a product is certified organic in accordance with the USDA’s National Organic Program by the Quality Assurance International.
USDA Certified Organic** means that the product was certified following the standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture National Organic Program.
Non-GMO Certified means that a product is certified as Non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project.
Kosher Certified means that a product is certified Kosher by Seattle Va’ad.
Gluten-Free Certified means that a product is certified Gluten-Free by the GFCO.
