If you are unsatisfied with the product that we sent to you from The Essential Baking Company, we will send you a replacement for any damaged or unsatisfactory loaf in question. We cannot accept returned items. We cannot process refunds after 90 days.
If you are unsatisfied with a product not purchased directly from us, please return the item to the store you purchased it from for a refund or exchange.
Either way, we want to hear from you. Simply email us a photo of the item, including best-by-date, and let us know how we can help. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Credit Card not working? We don’t take AMEX. Contact your bank. Coupon says already used or doesn’t work? Coupons are one-time-use. If you add a coupon and navigate away from the window without checking out, it will be marked as used. Please e-mail customer service and we can update your coupon or send you a new one.

Shipping Policies

Standard orders to residential and commercial addresses are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders will ship the following business day Monday – Friday. We do not ship over the weekend. We ship UPS Ground – See UPS Service Alert! UPS Suspension of Service Guarantee: Severe weather and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt delivery times. Thank you for your patience. Our products sold online come in our pantry-friendly Essential Fresh Seal™ packaging that doesn’t require refrigeration or freezing.
