Move over San Francisco sourdoughs, this is Seattle’s flagship sourdough bread made with an original mother starter that dates to the Yukon Gold Rush. Named after the Fremont Farmer’s Market, where Essential Baking began, this loaf is slowly fermented, to provide a tangy, yet subtle sourdough flavor.

Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, sea salt, organic barley malt.
