- PARISIAN STAR DESSERTS: Dessert deliveries run separately from Bread and Pastry. Delivery days and minimum order requirements for desserts vary depending on location. Please contact customer service or your sales representative for details.

Wholesale
Established in 1994, The Essential Baking Company has become Seattle’s premier organic artisan bakery. We bake fresh daily and deliver organic artisan breads and artisan pastries 7 days a week, 361 days a year*. We also offer fine artisan desserts under the name, Parisian Star Desserts.
We serve customers in Seattle and the Puget Sound area, from Everett to Olympia, the east side, as well as Whidbey, Vashon and Bainbridge Islands, including Poulsbo and Kingston.
Our customers include grocery stores, neighborhood coffee shops and cafes, restaurants and hotels, schools and institutions. Our commitment to quality products is matched by our commitment to ensuring a positive experience for everyone we do business with. * Our bakery is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day (December 26th), and New Year’s Day to allow all of our employees those days off to spend with family.
