This loaf, whose name means “many grains” in Italian, is our signature organic whole grain multi-grain. With a satisfying crunch and bursts of flavor from lots of organic whole seeds and grains, this bread has no equal. Use Mille Grane to jazz up your sandwiches or as a complement to a wholesome bowl of soup. Slice, toast, and top with jam for a hearty breakfast.
We use a specially milled whole wheat flour that lends this generous sized loaf a lighter flavor and texture than typical whole wheat. With just a few ingredients this is simplicity and artisan craftsmanship at its best. So, of course, its named for George DePasquale, our founder.
