Our core values include a commitment to environmentally and socially responsible operations, and we are dedicated to the goals and ideals of sustainability. We were founded with these values….before buzzwords like sustainability or locavore. Our bakery has been organic since its beginnings and it is our biggest sustainability effort. Being certified organic means we don’t use anything made with synthetic additives, toxic chemicals or genetically modified organisms. Instead, organic farming supports healthy communities now and for the future. It also preserves biodiversity and natural resources.
