The panettone that we make here at The Essential Baking Company stands out for being made with organic flour and a tasty combination of all natural raisins and dried cherries. You won’t find any candied fruit in this mound of yuletide joy. If you’ve ever struggled with what to do with panettone, try making bread pudding with it. What goes beautifully with cherries, dark chocolate of course!
Panettone Bread Pudding

Cut panettone into cubes, about 1 inch, and put them in a rectangular baking dish.
Pour high quality dark chocolate chips over the panettone cubes.
Combine eggs and milk and pour over panettone, into the baking dish.
Bake uncovered in a preheated oven on 350 for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool and enjoy.
You can serve it topped with ice cream and or caramel sauce.
